OUR PRACTICE
Whangaroa Health Services Trust is a registered charitable trust formed in 1996. The trust is a community owned and governed organisation providing a wide range of health services to approximately 3000 people who reside within the Whangaroa area.
Our practice is Cornerstone accredited.
Most of the GP practice services, including GP visits, are free to those enrolled with the PHO

Michelle Williams
Michelle is a "Star" Volunteer for our elderly care support team, Although she was born in Auckland "Kaeo is my town," she says. Michelle is also heavily involved with other community groups and initiatives, but what drives her and makes her a "Star" here at WHST is her positive outlook and attitude. Growing up in Whangaroa Janine's connection to Whangaroa Health Services started as a Youth when her "Nan worked as the cook and Mum was the cleaner" for the then "Kaeo Hospital."Being inspired by her Father she originally wanted to join the Police Force but when suggested by her Careers Advisor at School to attend a training course in Whangarei as a "Maori Nurse Student," she now has a career in nursing spanning 26 years.
